Customer numbers 
 
To use Pacsoft Online you must fill in a Production and/or Letter customer number. 
 
Your production customer number (10 digits) gives you access to the following services: DPD Företagspaket 9.00, 12.00 and 16.00, Hempaket, Postpaket, DPD utrikes, PALL.ETT and Express Parcel.

To use the shipping services Brevpostförskott (C.O.D. Letter) and REK-brev (Registered Letter) you must have a customer number for letter services (8 or 9 digits). State the number below.

Mark the check box below if you have access to additional customer numbers (production and/or letter) disregarding the one you stated above (the customer numbers must belong to the same corporate identity number) and/or if you have the right to use another organizations client number.

If you are authorized to use another organizations client number, a power of attorney (download here in Swedish only) has to be filled out and sent to Posten, stating that you have the right to use the client number. If you mark the check box below, also send an e-mail to Pacsoft Support stating all the additional client numbers you want to use including the company/companies corporate identity numbers.

By marking the check box, I as a legal representative for a company, organization or official authority* (referred to as ‘Customer’) agree to Postens Allmänna Kundvillkor (PAKN) and särskilda villkor applicable for use of Postens’ service Pacsoft Online. These terms are hereinafter a tacit agreement between Posten and the Customer.
Posten reserves the right to assess the application. The Customer is responsible to inform the contact person to behold the information about the Privacy Protection Law (Personuppgiftslagen) below. Information as per the Privacy Protection Law (Personuppgiftslagen)
All personal records that are registered in the application form will be used by Posten Sverige AB, partly to send you your login information but also via e-mail inform about technical matters, specific contigent questions and important messages about the Service.
